Oavsett vilka m\u00e5l och prioriteringar ett genomf\u00f6rande tar sikte p\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver samtliga h\u00e5llbarhetsperspektiv finnas med. Insatser med sikte att n\u00e5 en h\u00e5llbar regional utveckling p\u00e5 Gotland kommer att st\u00f6ta p\u00e5 m\u00e5lkonflikter \u2013 och \u00e4ven synergier, att insatser inom ett omr\u00e5de st\u00f6djer utvecklingen av ett annat.<\/p>\n<p>Att g\u00f6ra avv\u00e4gningar i m\u00e5lkonflikter i stora samh\u00e4llsfr\u00e5gor \u00e4r slutligen en politisk uppgift, d\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs v\u00e4l analyserade underlag att ta st\u00e4llning utifr\u00e5n. F\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar utveckling av Gotland beh\u00f6ver vi ocks\u00e5 uppm\u00e4rksamma hur makt i samh\u00e4llet p\u00e5verkar, hur hierarkier skapas och hur olika parametrar, som till exempel k\u00f6n, k\u00f6nsidentitet, \u00e5lder, bakgrund och plats, samspelar med varandra. Detta f\u00f6r att urskilja vad som riskerar att leda till exkludering, privilegier och olika villkor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>F\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r samverkan och samhandling<\/h2>\n<p>Samverkan och samhandling \u00e4r nyckelord f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 m\u00e5len. Samverkan kr\u00e4ver tid, resurser och \u00e4r en kompetens i sig. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi redan idag g\u00f6r i h\u00f6g grad, men som vi alla kan bli \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5.
