Vi beh\u00f6ver omst\u00e4llning och nyt\u00e4nkande f\u00f6r att accelerera utvecklingen inom en rad omr\u00e5den. Vi beh\u00f6ver planera f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring \u00e4r det normala tillst\u00e5ndet, det har inte minst det senaste \u00e5ret visat. F\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att kunna hantera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, vara anpassningsbara, flexibla och forts\u00e4tta att utvecklas \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande. Det g\u00f6r vi b\u00e4st tillsammans, i ett gott samarbetsklimat och med v\u00e4l fungerande demokratiska processer.<\/p>\n
Syftet med den regionala utvecklingsstrategin \u00e4r att skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga framtid f\u00f6r oss som bor och verkar p\u00e5 Gotland och f\u00f6r alla som bes\u00f6ker v\u00e5r \u00f6. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kan vi ocks\u00e5 bidra till Sveriges och v\u00e4rldens utveckling. Samsyn och samordnad handling ger st\u00f6rre utvecklingskraft. Strategin \u00e4r en plattform f\u00f6r Gotlands akt\u00f6rer att utg\u00e5 ifr\u00e5n i det gemensamma arbetet f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar regional utveckling.<\/p>\n

V\u00e5rt Gotland 2040 \u00e4r en strategi f\u00f6r en l\u00e5ngsiktig h\u00e5llbar regional utveckling f\u00f6r Gotland. M\u00e5l och inriktning s\u00e4tts utifr\u00e5n Gotlands f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar och vad vi regionalt vill prioritera, men i samspel med m\u00e5l p\u00e5 nationell, europeisk och internationell niv\u00e5. V\u00e5rt Gotland 2040 syftar till b\u00e4sta m\u00f6jliga framtid f\u00f6r oss som bor och verkar p\u00e5 Gotland och f\u00f6r alla som bes\u00f6ker v\u00e5r \u00f6.<\/p>\n
Det formella uppdraget kommer fr\u00e5n lagen om regionalt utvecklingsansvar som s\u00e4ger att den regionalt utvecklingsansvariga akt\u00f6ren – Region Gotland \u2013 i samverkan med myndigheter, n\u00e4ringsliv och civilsamh\u00e4lle, ska ta fram en strategi f\u00f6r en l\u00e5ngsiktig h\u00e5llbar regional utveckling f\u00f6r Gotland. Den regionala utvecklingsstrategin ska uppr\u00e4ttas utifr\u00e5n en analys av de s\u00e4rskilda f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar regional utveckling i regionen.<\/p>\n

Genomg\u00e5ende perspektiv \u00e4r \u00f6vergripande syns\u00e4tt som har beaktats i m\u00e5l och prioriteringar och som beh\u00f6ver tas vidare i genomf\u00f6rande av v\u00e5r regionala utvecklingsstrategi. <\/span><\/p>\nVi vill n\u00e5 ett l\u00e5ngsiktigt h\u00e5llbart Gotland \u2013 ekonomiskt, socialt och milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssigt \u2013 och f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det beh\u00f6ver vi integrera h\u00e5llbarhetsperspektiven i m\u00e5l, prioriteringar och i beslut om insatser.<\/p>\n
De tre dimensionerna beh\u00f6ver finnas med och \u00f6msesidigt st\u00f6dja varandra. Genom att arbeta f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar regional utveckling p\u00e5 Gotland bidrar vi till att n\u00e5 FN:s globala m\u00e5l f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar utveckling och Agenda 2030.<\/p>\n
